NC Philanthropy Conference Scholarships Available

The Triad Chapter of AFP is offering five scholarships of up to $100 each to assist members who want to attend the AFP 2012 North Carolina Philanthropy Conference in Greensboro and whose organization is limited in continuing education funding support.

Please apply to the Scholarship Committee by answering the following questions (applications will be held in confidence):

1.      Name, Title, Organization

2.      Address, Preferred Telephone, E-Mail

3.      Will this be your first NC Philanthropy Conference? (Yes/No)

4.      Why do you want to attend the conference?  Specifically, how do you see your attendance helping you in your fund-raising position?

5.      How critical is financial assistance to your ability to attend?

Applications are due by June 30, 2012.  Selected recipients will be notified by July 15, 2012.  Please Note: While priority will be given to active members of the chapter, non-members are eligible to apply.

The Charlotte Chapter of AFP is offering five $50 scholarships to assist members who want to attend the AFP 2012 North Carolina Philanthropy Conference in Greensboro and whose organization is limited in continuing education funding support.

Applications will be accepted through July 31. Please note that priority will be given to those applicants who have not received an AFP Scholarship within the last year.
